Frequently asked questions about the ATFW jobs club
How are payments processed for the ATFW jobs club?
We process payments using Stripe which means you have a variety of options. You can pay via Google Pay, Link, Cash App, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
How can you update your billing information for the ATFW jobs club?
You can update your billing information by heading over to the membership account management page. Once there, click on the option to update your billing information. You’ll then be able to enter your new card details, save them, and be all set!
How can you cancel your subscription to the ATFW jobs club?
We’re sad to see you go but you can cancel from your membership account page. Find the subscription for “ATFW Weekly Jobs Email,” and click “Cancel.” You will be taken to a page that asks if you are sure and you will need to click, “Yes, cancel this membership.”
Once you click that, your membership will be canceled so you will not be charged for any additional months. You will still have full access to the full list and job board for the remainder of the paid term. After that, you will receive the free jobs email.
What if I want to stop receiving all ATFW jobs emails (free and paid)?
To unsubscribe from all ATFW jobs emails, open an ATFW jobs email, scroll to the bottom, click unsubscribe, and then click the confirmation that you want to unsubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
The monthly fee is not refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have access until the end of your current month and then won’t be charged again. If you have any questions or issues, contact us at info@allthingsfreelancewriting.com.
What day will I be charged each month?
You will be charged one month from the date you sign up, depending on the plan you choose. For example, if you sign up on November 5th for the monthly plan, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each following month.
Is there a free jobs email?
Yes! Sign up free to get 5 gigs per week and other tips, news, and resources.
What if you don’t pay the subscription fee?
Five to seven freelance writing gigs will be viewable to all visitors of the job board and unpaid subscribers of the jobs email. Only paid, logged-in subscribers will be able to see the full list of 20 or more (plus the lists from the past previous 3 weeks).
Where do the jobs come from?
The All Things Freelance Writing team searches social media platforms and the web each week to find opportunities. We also accept direct requests from clients.
Are the clients vetted?
Our team does go through a few checks before a client’s opportunity is listed on the job board. For example, we research their social media profiles and online assets to see if they look to be established and credible. We also have a blacklist of clients that we won’t list or recommend. However, we still recommend taking normal vetting measures when applying for any jobs. And if you run into any issues, please report them to us at info@allthingsfreelancewriting.com.
What do you get with the ATFW jobs email subscription?
You get full access to the job board which contains at least 5 weeks of jobs at all times (at least 100 jobs). You also get an email every Friday that lists 20 jobs from that week, along with tips and resources for building a freelance writing business.
