Hi! I’m Jessica Walrack and I founded All Things Freelance Writing. Why? Well, it all started about 10 years ago in 2013. I was struggling to build a full-time income from freelance writing, not knowing much about writing or business.
Looking back, I could’ve avoided a whole lot of suffering if I’d just understood a few things. That realization was the seed that grew into this site. All Things Freelance Writing is now a place where writers can find and share real advice. No fluff, no regurgitated bs — just lessons from people who’ve been in the trenches and navigated their way out. Oh, and we also send out a newsletter every Friday with 20+ new freelance writing opportunities.
