Erika Holter

After working full-time by day and freelance writing by night for many years, Erika made the leap into full-time freelance writing in 2021. She's passionate about writing, gets excited by research, and takes tremendous pride in delivering written content in a highly consumable and engaging format.

Erika believes that every business, and every person, has a story — and she loves to tell those stories. She's written extensively on entrepreneurship, architecture, financial planning, real estate, marketing, investing, human resources, IT, and parenting. Additionally, she has a degree in nonprofit studies and has held multiple board roles (giving her rich experience in writing governance-focused, charitable pieces, and grant applications).

Erika is joining us from her Canadian winter wonderland. When she’s not writing, she can be found snowshoeing (winter), camping in the Rocky Mountains (summer), eating poutine, apologizing needlessly, or watching Schitt’s Creek and Anne of Green Gables. Yes, Erika is very Canadian.
